A refined journey through cherished memories, inspired by authentic recipes from Greek, Italian, Lebanese and Syrian villages. Each dish reflects our chef's warm childhood years, shaped in the Syrian mountains, and his culinary journey that ultimately brought him to the Netherlands. With this set menu, our Chef carefully selects a variety of cold & warm dishes to take you on a flavourful journey around the Mediterranean sea. Expect comforting classics, vibrant spices, and surprising combinations-all made to be shared and enjoyed together.
